Overview
By using Park Bench Publishing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Print-on-Demand Products
All of our Bibles are custom printed on demand. Because each copy is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been printed. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement.
Scripture Content
All Bible text included in our products comes from public domain translations: King James Version (KJV), World English Bible (WEB), American Standard Version (ASV), Douay-Rheims (DRA), Revised Version of 1885 (RV), Berean Standard Bible (BSB), and Geneva Bible of 1599 (GNV). We do not modify the scripture text. The integrity of the translated text is preserved exactly as published.
Uploaded Content & Images
If you upload images or other content as part of your customization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have obtained proper permission to use it. You are solely responsible for any content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse to print content that infringes on third-party rights or that we deem inappropriate.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping and taxes. Prices are displayed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Order Changes
Because every Bible is custom-printed to your specifications, your order is submitted to our print partner as soon as payment is confirmed. We are unable to guarantee cancellation or modification of an order once placed. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, email hello@parkbenchpublishing.com immediately and we will do our best to intervene before the file enters production, but we cannot promise we will reach it in time. If we cannot stop the job, the order will ship as placed and the Print-on-Demand Products policy above applies.
Limitation of Liability
Park Bench Publishing provides its services “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
